Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Turn Around Time
Important Policy Information
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once your order has been placed, you can not cancel.
RETURN POLICY:
Here at Branded By Barta we do not offer returns and/or exchanges unless it is our fault.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Refunds and/or exchanges are not allowed for custom orders or prints.
SALE ITEMS:
Refunds and/or exchanges are not allowed on sale items.
SHIPPING:
Branded By Barta is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have shipped and that have tracking. If a package is lost you must contact USPS/UPS. If Branded By Barta needs to replace the lost items in the package you will be responsible for the COST of supplies to remake, and shipping cost.
Choosing priority at checkout does not change shipping/turn around times, it only changes the method in which your package is shipped.
**TURN AROUND TIME**
The usual turn around time is as follows, if a turn around time changes, it will be listed in the announcement at the top of the website. Turn around time does NOT start until the invoice is paid. Orders do not get printed until they are paid for. No matter what time the order is placed turn around time does not start until the first business day.

**Rush Order**
Rush Order: (NO WEEKENDS)
1. Cut time is 1:00pm (Central Time). Orders after 1:00pm are NOT guaranteed to be printed or packed the same day. This fee applies for up to 3 gang sheets. If the order is over $250 you must contact us. A fee is applied to all rush orders. 3. Details are listed in description on rush order option.
